Microtest will be sharing its latest software developments at the Health and Care Innovation Expo 2016 in Manchester next week.

The Bodmin-based company will be exhibiting at the conference (September 7-8), which will focus on the biggest health and care issues and developments in implementing the NHS Five Year Forward View.

Microtest is one of the UK’s most innovative providers of clinical systems and is leading the way in the GP Connect Programme, which will ensure interoperability between clinical systems when the first phase of the programme is delivered in the autumn.

The Microtest product suite is centred around Microtest Open Evolution and also includes the award winning Guru, which enables patients to allow authorised clinicians to access their patient medical records from their GP practice directly at the point of care.

MD Chris Netherton said: “We are looking forward to meeting customers, stakeholders and prospective customers at Expo 2016 and to raising awareness about the innovative work we are carrying out at the cutting edge of healthcare.”
