An established Cornish company is using cutting-edge technology to assist businesses with their data management, security, backup and storage.

Data-Frame, which has been a partner of Microsoft since 2006, has now moved to the Microsoft Azure Platform for its storage requirements.

Microsoft has recently changed from a global to a regional platform structure, which enables the many legislations regarding data security to be met worldwide.

Director, Rojer Isaacson, said: “By choosing Western Europe as the region, the Information commissioners’ office has confirmed that all our stored data is done so in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

“We spent a long time considering the various forms of storage available and we have had to review our own paranoia about keeping data just in Cornwall.

“Technology is moving forward so quickly at the moment that the opportunity to improve our security and finally embrace the cloud has given us the best storage technology available for us and our clients.”

Data-Frame is now able to offer help with virtual servers, secure file sharing as well as backup, secure data destruction and restores.
