A local interior designer has seen a 30% growth in business over the past year.

Tracey Mannell, who specialises in contemporary holiday home and residential décor, branched out from her role as a PA at Watergate Bay Hotel earlier this year, to set-up her own interiors business.

Alongside website traffic growth and word of mouth, Mannell has built a long-standing relationship with the team at Beach Retreats; a specialist lettings agency for self-catering holidays in Cornwall and Devon.

She has project managed several holiday homes on the agency’s portfolio, including recent new builds Panorama and Seamist.

In addition to the relationship with Beach Retreats, Mannell will be working in partnership with Cotton Mills Interiors as a project manager and design consultant.

She said: “It was a daunting leap to start my own business as an interior designer at the beginning of this year.

“I am thrilled to be working with Beach Retreats and in partnership with Cotton Mills Interiors.”
