The Rick Stein restaurant in Falmouth has presented a cheque for £700 to the British Red Cross.
The money was raised through special two-course charity lunches held in October at Rick Stein’s Fish. The restaurant offered diners a reduced priced menu and asked guests to donate £2 straight to the charity.
Restaurant manager, Leigh Williams, said: “We are very happy to have supported the British Red Cross for a second year running.
“We had some fantastic dishes on the menu this year and we are really pleased to hear that we raised £700 for such a great charity.”
The flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow will hold its annual charity lunches beginning next month.
