IFA golf day raises £1k

An annual golf day run by a firm of independent financial advisers raised £1k for Cornwall Hospice Care in memory of a former colleague.

TMS Financial Solutions dedicated the day to Anna Pike, who worked as an adviser at the company’s Falmouth office and died in August after a short illness.

TMS’ MD Clive Gwilliam said: “Anna was very popular with everyone who met her and was a very competent and professional adviser.

“She is sorely missed by all of us and it was her excellent treatment by the staff at Mount Edgcumbe which made us choose Cornwall Hospice Care as the recipient of the funds raised from the annual golf event.”
