Pool-based regulatory affairs company, TRAC Services, is up for a national industry award.
The consultancy, which helps medicines gain the approvals needed so they can be made available to patients, has been shortlisted at the TOPRA Awards, which will be presented in London next week.
MD, Jonathan Trethowan, said: “We’ve been shortlisted for this award because of our special in-house training and employee education programme.
“We’ve always been careful not to overlook excellent candidates during recruitment simply because they have less industry experience. Instead we focus on creating a team of charismatic people with fantastic qualifications to whom we can teach the necessary industry skills through our tailored, in-house programme.
“To be recognised at such a prestigious level is very humbling and a great celebration of the efforts of those in our team who work so hard to deliver this programme.”
