Bude-based Shell Bell Couture won the Loungewear & Nightwear Brand of the Year category at the UK Lingerie Awards 2014.
An awards ceremony was held in the Grand Masonic Temple in London’s Covent Garden last week, attended by leading Fashion suppliers & brands alike including Selfridges, Rigby & Peller, Fenwick, Gossard & Elle McPherson.
Michelle Blenkinsopp, founder and creator of the four-year old Bude-based lingerie brand is overjoyed. She said: “I am so, so happy to have achieved this sort of recognition and to see my brand listed amongst some of the most admired lingerie brands in the world.
“This reward has made all of the hard work of the past four years absolutely worthwhile and we now have a magnificent platform for our next stage of growth.”
