South West accountant, Bishop Fleming, has become the region’s first accountancy firm to secure “Investors in Clients” accreditation.
Independent assessment by the Investors in Clients organisation gave Bishop Fleming a score of more than 8 out of 10, which they described as “an outstanding first assessment, putting the firm in the top quartile of all IIC ratings and demonstrating a strongly client centric business”.
That assessment process involved responses from more than 400 clients alongside input from the firm’s staff and managers. Bishop Fleming was already the first UK accountancy firm to win Investors in People accreditation, and is also the country’s fastest growing Top 50 accountancy practice.
The firm also won the recent national award as the best regional tax practice. According to Matthew Lee, managing partner at Bishop Fleming: “We are immensely proud of these accolades, which underline our commitment to providing the very best client service by providing the best environment for the best people.”
