Nominations open on Hub Awards

Entries are now open for one of the most highly anticipated business awards ceremonies in the Cornwall.

Now in its seventh year, The Hub Awards will once again recognise the achievements of young entrepreneurs, successful business people and green conscience companies across the county.

Sponsored by Oxford Innovation, Tremough Innovation Centre and YTKO, people can now enter or nominate in the following categories:

• Employee of the Year (must be under 30)

• Best Business Start Up

• Young Entrepreneur of the Year (must be under 30)

• Green Business of the Year

Andrew Weaver, Hub Awards committee member, said: “We’re encouraging those modest but deserved businesses to enter this year’s awards. Entering is really straightforward and winners and runners up from previous years’ awards have helped elevate the profile of both themselves, and the business they work for or own, to the forefront of the Cornish business community.”
