A Bodmin lingerie boutique has been nominated for a leading national retail award.
Mish Lingerie, which is run by owner Michèle Poynter, is up for the Underlines Best Shop Awards in the best independent category – Personal Touch.
A surprise, but delighted Poynter said: “I received a letter saying that we had been nominated but I didn’t really believe it until I saw the nominations list in the Swimwear Year Book.
“The competition is tough; we are up against a number of big stores with far more resources than us. To get this far is a real achievement but fingers crossed we can go all the way.”
