Only a few days remain to enter this year’s Cornwall Business Awards.
Any business based in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly can enter one or more of 14 award categories, including Customer Focus, which is sponsored by Business Cornwall magazine, and Best New Business.
Suzanne Bond, chief executive of the Cornwall Development Company, which organises the event, said: “The Cornwall Business Awards is now in its sixth year and every time we are excited by the quality and diversity of businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We already have some really impressive entries for this year.”
Carolyn Rule, Cornwall Council’s cabinet member for economy and regeneration, added: “I would urge any business that is thinking of entering to make sure that they throw their hat in the ring. Winning one of the Cornwall Business Awards is great news for a business and recognition for its staff.”
Around 320 business leaders will attend the awards dinner at St Mellion International Resort on May 19. Pop guru, Pete Waterman OBE, will be the celebrity speaker at the event.
Entries should be made online and the closing date is noon on March 14.
