A Falmouth-based childcare company has received gold status from Investors in People (IiP).
Fit’n’Fun Kids, which was established in 2001, specialises in providing a range of childcare activities from full day care and out of school care to physical development classes and support crèches.
Commenting on the award, founder Rachel Jones said: “We are delighted to have received ‘Gold’ Investors in People accreditation.
“Investors in People has challenged us to extend our existing accreditation to new levels of effectiveness.”
Recognising excellence assessor, Sharon Storr, added: “I am delighted that Fit ‘N’ Fun Kids has achieved the Investor in People Gold Award. The managers are great role models in that they explain what needs to be achieved and act professionally in carrying out their own roles.”
