The interactive website behind a project to get people thinking about design has won top honours in the Media Innovation Awards.
Dott Shot is firing the imaginations of people across Cornwall and beyond to post images of what represents design in Cornwall for them. The website, created by Falmouth-based agency Gendall Design, explains the concept and enables a simple upload of images for all to share.
The site won the Community Web Use category in the Media Innovation Awards, which celebrate excellence in screen-based media and design across the south west.
“Dott is about getting real people involved in design across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, so it is fantastic that we have been honoured with an award for Community Web Use,” said Dr Andrea Siodmok, Dott’s programme director.
