Following an independent assessment of its internal management processes and systems, Camborne regulatory affairs specialist TRAC has been awarded the ISO 9001 standard.
One of only a very few organisations within the regulatory affairs industry to achieve the globally recognised standard for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships, the award is the latest achievement in the development of the fast growing company.
According to TRAC director Sarah Trethowan, whilst the process to achieve ISO9001 reinforced that many of the systems required were very much already in place within the company, it was important that the standard be achieved and recognised officially.
She said: “Our role is about providing our clients with a range of services and a standard of work which they can trust in and benefit from time and time again, and one way of demonstrating our commitment to delivering quality standards is through ISO 9001, which we are delighted to have achieved.”
