Sapience HR has appointed a new member to its team.
Hannah Ling has joined Sapience as its very own ‘client confidant’ and brings with her nearly ten years’ experience working in operational HR roles.
She is an associate member of the CIPD, holds a Level 7 qualification in human resource management and a level 3 qualification in volunteer management.
Ling’s passion is for developing and delivering bespoke training; she also enjoys tackling performance management concerns and working with clients to embed robust appraisal and performance management policies.
Meanwhile, Sapience has announced details of its latest masterclass event – ‘Calling All HR Admin Heroes!’.
The seminar, at Pool Innovation Centre on March 26, will tackle the subject of employment contracts, what to include and what to avoid.
