Launceston-based law firm, Parnalls, has welcomed a new addition to its litigation team.
Senior solicitor, Stuart Hutchison, has over 25 years’ experience in the legal profession, having worked at various firms throughout the UK.
He has extensive litigation experience including property disputes, contract and consumer disputes, probate disputes, property and mortgage disputes as well as experience in accident claims and personal injury litigation.
Litigation director, Katherine Flashman Kitson, formerly Parnall, said: “We are very happy to have Stuart as part of the litigation team here at Parnalls.
“He brings invaluable expertise and great experience, and this can only improve the services we can offer to the firm’s clients.”
The Parnalls team has also been joined by paralegal, Jack Crosley. Crosley comes from a property law background and is currently engaged in training with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
