The Isles of Scilly Steamship Group has announced the appointment of Stuart Reid to its board of directors with immediate effect.
Reid, the company’s chief financial officer, joined the group in 2013. He is also company secretary and has been attending board meetings in that capacity for two years.
Andrew May, chairman of the Isles of Scilly Steamship Group, said: “We are pleased to welcome Stuart to the board of directors and have no doubt that his expertise and management skills will be invaluable to the board in its work of guiding the company through the next stage of its development.”
CEO, Rob Goldsmith, added: “Stuart has made a significant contribution to the group since his first appointment so his promotion to board director is a very positive step and well deserved.”
