Mi-space, the housing division of independent construction company The Midas Group, has appointed Ben Colman as its new development director.
Colman joins Mi-space having spent three and a half years at Cornwall Council as its development manager, leading the negotiation and delivery of major land and property transactions on behalf of the unitary authority.
Prior to that, he was a director for over ten years at CBRE based in London, a leading commercial property and real estate services adviser.
