New recruits at law firm

Regional law firm, Foot Anstey, has recruited three new members of staff to its Truro office.

Associate, James Clark, has joined the firm’s specialist planning law team from City firm Speechly Bircham.

He specialises in advising developers and landowners on planning and highways matters and has previously acted for major clients in the house building, retirement village, retail and affordable housing sectors.

The Truro office has also welcomed Alanna Tregear and Morgan Lister.

Tregear has recently completed her two-year training contract with the firm and is now a qualified solicitor. She joins the firm’s dispute resolution team specialising in financial and commercial disputes and banking litigation.

Lister has started his two-year training contract with Foot Anstey and is currently undertaking a seat with the clinical negligence team.
