Luxury lodge developer Charteroak Estates has appointed Sam Weller as sales director.
Weller, who has more than 40 years’ experience in property sales, was previously sales director for The Cornwall Hotel Spa and Estate and before that sales director at The Beach, Carlyon Bay.
Hewill be responsible for overseeing the future development of Charteroak’s portfolio of luxury lodge developments throughout Cornwall, Devon and Dorset, including the company’s newest development – Southern Halt, built on the former Dobwalls Adventure Park.
Charteroak MD, Edward Rowlandson, commented: “We’re delighted to have Sam on board. Sam has substantial experience in the holiday property industry across all avenues of sales, lettings and the second home market, which will enhance and complement the strength of our existing team.”
