Specialist self catering lettings company Aspects Holidays has appointed a new property manager to look after the holiday homes it markets in west Cornwall.
Sebastian Blakemore joins Aspects from his previous role in a property development company in Oxfordshire. He also has several years’ experience working for Savills in London.
Aspects Holidays’ existing property manager, Sam Pitchford, will now focus solely on the company’s 280 properties in St Ives and Carbis Bay.
Aspects’ MD, Anthony Skitt, said: “I am delighted to welcome Sebastian to the Aspects Holidays team. He brings with him a wealth of experience in property services, and a genuine love of west Cornwall which make him perfectly suited to the role and will make him a great asset to the business.”
