Regional law firm, Stephens Scown LLP, has appointed a mental health law specialist.
Mostyn Evans, formerly with Cornish Venning, joins as a partner within the family law team based in Cornwall, but serving clients nationally.
He has nearly 30 years of experience within mental health law, is a long time member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal Panel and has previously sat on the Children Panel and the Personal Injury Panel.
Managing Partner, Robert Camp, said: “We are very pleased to have Mostyn join the firm, bringing with him his in-depth experience in such an important area of law.
“Our intention has always been to aid and assist all members of the community, both through our daily work and voluntary commitments and having such a specialist on board supports and encourages all of us to continue with our efforts.”
