A Newquay law firm has re-appointed a residential property specialist.
Johanna Heane has returned to Coodes Solicitors after previously working in the company’s St Austell and Truro offices from 1988 to 1998.
Coodes’ managing partner, Jeremy Harvey, said: “We’re very pleased to welcome Johanna back to the residential property team.
“She is well known in Newquay and has a great relationship with a number of estate agents in town, who all know that she offers clients a great service.”
Heane added: “There are a number of new developments and housing projects in Newquay and so looking forward, the prospects are buoyant.”
