A communications specialist with more than 15 years experience working for some of the country’s leading organisations has joined Coodes Solicitors.
Lorraine Buse, who has worked in senior marketing roles for national industry leaders including the Met Office, British Ceramic Tile and Curver UK, has joined Coodes as business development manager.
Her role will see her work to develop the 250-year old company’s products and services as the firm looks to the future.
Jeremy Harvey, Coodes’ managing partner, said: “Lorraine has a breadth of experience on a national and international level across many industries, including manufacturing and tourism, in both the public and private sectors.
“It is this experience and understanding that will help us to develop our innovative services and enhance our range of customer focused products.”
Buse, who has also worked locally for ESF Convergence, Cornwall College Business and South West Tourism, will work across Coodes’ seven offices in Cornwall and Devon. She said: “The landscape for law firms has changed dramatically over the last few years and what has impressed me with Coodes is how well the company has adapted.
“I’ll be using my strategic and senior level marketing experience to ensure Coodes remains at the forefront of the industry and compete in a wider market through innovation.”
