The Truro office of chartered accountant Francis Clark with Winter Rule has promoted one of its brightest managers to become a director.
Brian Harvey, 33, is acknowledged for his expertise in the rural business sector and is well known amongst the Cornish farming community having held a number of positions in the young farmers at a county, south west and national level.
