A Cornwall law firm has strengthened its position in the county’s legal conveyancing market by appointing a new partner and gaining an important industry accreditation.
Nigel Pullen Solicitors, which has offices in Truro and Perranporth, has appointed Chris James as a partner.
James, who has 26 years’ experience in property law in Cornwall, had previously consulted for the firm and will be based in the Truro office.
Meanwhile, the firm has been granted Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation by the Law Society – a benchmark for UK lawyers involved in house sales and purchases.
