New TRAC recruit Liz Vincent

Cornish regulatory affairs (RA) specialist TRAC Services has expanded its team with the appointment of a regulatory affairs manager.

Elizabeth Vincent, who was born and educated in South Africa before moving to the UK, initially worked as a radiographer for 12 years, before forging a career in RA. She now joins TRAC as demand for the company’s services continues to grow.

Working with pharmaceutical companies both in the UK and internationally, to ensure their products and processes comply with current legislation and regulation, TRAC believes Vincent’s experience in the medical devices side of the RA industry will enable it to offer an even broader range of RA services.

Prior to joining TRAC, Vincent worked for both medical device and pharmaceutical companies in Devon and Oxford on a range of projects, and most recently undertook a teaching training course in music, before returning to the industry.

In addition to working with clients on a range of RA projects, she will also have a core role in new business development in addition to delivering elements of TRAC’s in-house training programme.

TRAC Director Jonathan Trethowan who launched the company with his wife Sarah in 2001, says Vincent’s experience is already making a positive difference to the business.

“Liz brings with her a great deal of experience both in the pharmaceutical and medical devices side of the industry, and we are delighted that she has joined TRAC. She is already making a very valuable contribution both to client projects and to the new business drive, and is keen to use her medical devices expertise as part of our internal training programmes, which we are delighted about,” said Jonathan Trethowan.
