South West based renewable energy experts Natural Generation have been confirmed as Authorised Service Providers (ASP) for the Endurance E3120 turbines.

The company, who recently won an award for the development of their operations and maintenance (O&M) services, employ a team of 30 engineers and technicians. The team, which is expanding to cope with demand, includes fully qualified, time served electricians enabling them to work to a very high level on all electrical systems.
“Earlier this year we opened an office in Bristol. This was initially driven by our huge expansion into the solar O&M market where customers require responses times of 4 hours. Having a team in Bristol now means we can now invariably offer this 4 hour response service to other renewable energy customers.” Thomson
Natural Generation, one of this year’s sponsors for the South West Farmer Awards, already look after over 195 turbines including John Smeaden who runs a 60 acre deer farm in Cornwall.
Smeaden, who has an Endurance E3120, has recently appeared in the company’s O&M film where he explains: “I find the technical support from Natural Generation first class. If (my turbine) goes down the overheads of my farm go up so it’s very important to me.”
At their head office Natural Generation employ three people to actively monitor customer’s wind turbines and solar across the UK all the time which means invariably they’ll see any faults within minutes rather than hours.
