Women in Property (WiP) and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) regional branches are coming together to host the first annual boat trip for property and construction professionals in Cornwall.
The event, which will be held on July 20, will host over 60 professionals, with a chance to enjoy a Cornish Pasty and Skinners ale, whilst sailing up the River Fal.
Sarah Greenslade, chairman of WiP Devon and Cornwall branch and business development manager at Ward Williams Associates, said: “WIP is delighted to partner with RIBA to host this event in Cornwall.
“We hope to bring people together from the construction and property sectors, including contractors, consultants, land agents, engineers and solicitors.
“WiP has gone from strength to strength in Cornwall over the last 18 months, with events held regularly and increasing attendance and membership. This event has drawn considerable interest from the professional community and we hope that we can run it on an annual basis.”
