Launceston-based law firm, Peters Langsford Davies, has promoted Emma Davey to partner.

Davey, who specialises in wills, probate, court of protection work and lasting powers of attorney for both private individuals and business owners, began her career with the company as a trainee in 2000.

She becomes the fourth partner in the firm alongside Ian Langsford, Helen Davies and Louise Crockford.

Commenting on her promotion, Davey said: “I am extremely pleased to become a partner at Peters Langsford Davies and as such to be part of a forward thinking firm that continues to grow its client base across all legal services.”

Helen Davies, partner at Peters Langsford Davies, added: “On behalf of the other partners I am delighted to welcome Emma as a partner. We pride ourselves on developing and encouraging our colleagues to seek opportunities for enhancement and Emma’s career path from trainee to partner is one we are all very proud of.”
