A Cornish fudge producer has secured a deal to supply National Trust stores across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The Buttermilk Confectionery Co, based in Wadebridge, is now supplying approximately 60,000 packets of fudge a year to the National Trust.
Managing director of The Buttermilk Confectionery Co, David Goad, said: “Our fudge can now be found in nearly 200 National Trust shops, including Dunham Massey near Manchester, Polesden Lacey in Surrey and Corfe Castle in Dorset.
“We’ve been supplying National Trust shops in Cornwall since 2003. We want to grow the Buttermilk brand nationally, so to have our products stocked further afield is a really positive step for us.”
