Judging Cornwall’s Next Head Chef

Four of Cornwall’s leading catering industry experts have been chosen to join the judging panel of the 2014 Cornwall’s Next Head Chef competition.

Running throughout November and December, the competition aims to find the best up and coming cook in the county to propel them to the next level of their professional cooking career.

On the judging panel this year will be head judge Stephen Marsh, head chef at the Greenbank Hotel in Falmouth; Bruce Rennie, head chef at Clay Quay in Porthleven; Adrian Oliver, owner of Margot’s Bistro in Padstow and Nick Hemming, catering development manager for St Austell Brewery.

The judges will oversee two knockout rounds of the competition, before the four best chefs compete in the final on Thursday, December 4.
