Mi-space, part of The Midas Group, is launching a new programme to recruit specialist subcontractors in the south west as it looks to deliver more than £40 million of building projects over the next 12 months.
Mi-space is the residential specialist of The Midas Group, one of the region’s largest independent construction companies.
The business has a growing order book across Cornwall and Devon and is inviting subcontractors and trades specialists to a Meet the Buyer event where they can find out more about current and future opportunities.
Rob Benson, divisional director for Mi-space, said: “With a pipeline of contracts with a value in excess of £40 million, there are significant opportunities for subcontractors who share our values over the next 12 months and beyond. This event is a fantastic opportunity for subcontractors across Cornwall to come and meet us face to face and find out more about what we are doing.”
Mi-space has three specialist divisions: Construction Services, Asset Management and Energy. All three divisional directors will be available during each event, along with the head of procurement for the whole of The Midas Group, Colin Muller.
