Chartered accountant, Deborah Edwards, has been named finance director at Crowdfunder UK.
Edwards, who is taking the role alongside her existing duties as partner at Harland Accountants, has been brought on board to look at the strategic financial planning of the business.
She was instrumental in developing the business plan for the equity fundraise in which the crowdfunding platform recently raised £650k in 14 hours on Crowdcube.com.
