Business development company, Delicate Trade, is expanding its offering with the addition of crisis management PR services, with a particular emphasis on the education sector.
The Indian Queens-based business has recruited former journalist Deborah Mead, who has supported schools across the south west.
The new services have been brought in due to demand, according to company director Ben Stevens.
He said: “Everything we do is about maintaining and improving our client’s performance and there is a lack of professional support within certain sectors – that needs to be addressed.
“This can take the form of profile building, working relationships, profitability, sustainability and even sales.
“Deborah brings with her some critical skills, which can help maintain and protect our client’s reputations, and at an affordable cost level, suitable for smaller businesses and public services in Cornwall.”
