It is among 34 lots being sold by regional land and property auctioneer Clive Emson, at St Mellion International next month.

The Heskyn Mill Restaurant comes with a range of outbuildings and could appeal to those wishing to continue the business or those looking to develop the property, which is in Tideford, east Cornwall.

Auctioneer Scott Gray said: “This is a reluctant sale and provides a superb investment opportunity for someone.

“The mill has been trading successfully as a restaurant, but there is potential development in other areas as long as all the correct consents are obtained.”

Bidders have a guide price of £325k-£375k

The auction at St Mellion International Resort is set to start at 11am, on September 17.
