A set of new employment packs to help businesses manage their staff and help with some of the employment law burden has been launched.
These documents have been developed by Hayle-based Sapience HR and offer three different options, which can be downloaded from the company website.
For businesses who have never employed staff before, there is the New Starter Pack which includes all the essential documents a business needs to get started, including an employment contract template. The other packs deal with managing sickness and managing poor performance.
Sapience MD, Sue Hook, said: “Employing and managing staff can sometimes be a bit daunting for small businesses who are worried about legal compliance.
“We aim to take away some of the fear by providing practical documents and information sheets for business owners to use and offer a cost effective option.”
