The Waterloo Restaurant at the Wellington Hotel in Boscastle has relaunched following completion of refurbishment work.
More than 50 people attended the relaunch, which involved the chance to sample an array of taster dishes from the new menu designed by Head Chef Isaac Robb.
The Wellington Hotel and Waterloo Restaurant were purchased in January 2011 by Cornish Coastal Hotels Ltd. MD Jon Scott said, “We are delighted so many people were able to join us for our relaunch event.
“We are very excited about the year ahead and I am confident that, with Isaac at the helm, The Waterloo Restaurant will soon become known as one of the best places to eat in Cornwall.”
