Speeding at 25,000 PSG

Local property specialist PSG Cornwall has marked the passing of a significant milestone.

The company, which was founded seven years ago this week, serviced its 25,000th property transaction with its recent instruction from Heltson-based law firm, Borlase and Company.

Managing partner Simon Gill commented: “We are thrilled at these achievements, which are very hard earned with the considerable slowing down of property market in the past 30 months.”

PSG relocated to the Pool Innovation Centre (PIC) last year, a move which, Gill says, has played a significant part in the company’s continued growth.

He explained: “In the last year we have increased our market share from 53% to 61% and much of this can be attributed to the great facilities we have at PIC. We are in really good shape to excel towards our first decade.”

PSG Cornwall provides conveyancing searches for solicitors, Energy Performance Certificates for estate agents and individual clients and a range of services to architects, developers and private customers.
