The annual listing of the best restaurants in the south west was launched in Padstow today – The Trencherman’s Guide.
At the event, Matthew Clarke catches up with some of the region’s leading chefs, including Michael Caines, Rick Stein and Nathan Outlaw, as well as the guide’s director, Jo Rees.
