Places are steadily filling up for the Better People – Better Results introductory workshop due to take place at Pool Innovation Centre next week.
Better People – Better Results is a collaboration between two of Cornwall’s leading human resources companies – Sapience HR and Talent Cornwall.
The companies will be holding a series of workshops this autumn aimed at providing SMEs with practical and pragmatic advice on how to get the best out of their people, and consequently improve the bottom line.
The initiative, which is being sponsored by Business Cornwall magazine, will get underway with two half day introductory sessions to be held on Tuesday, September 14, which will give managers an overview of what the full course will have to offer.
There is granted funding support for the full courses from CPR regeneration, while public funds may also be available to contribute towards the costs of the workshops through the Leadership & Management Advisory Service.
