Office SMART’s Interior Division continues to reduce its impact on the environment, by offering its Remove & Recycle programme to customers new and old.
The Redruth-based office supplies dealer can remove and recycle old office furniture from a single chair to a full office clearance.
MD Barry Wilkinson commented: “Office SMART is firmly committed to recycling and we offer businesses an alternative to the landfill disposal option.
“Clearly an office desk or chair do not present the same hazards to our environment as electrical equipment, nevertheless, it is our priority to reduce land fill and I would urge all companies to ensure they dispose of all office equipment responsibly, either through the Electronic Waste Company for electrical equipment or ourselves for office furniture.”
For larger clearances, the cost of the service is on a job by job basis and is dependent on quantity and location of the goods.
