A Cornish project management company has been selected to provide project management services across Devon and Cornwall for one of the UK’s leading names in the construction industry.
Liskeard-based Oghma Project Services Ltd will work on Kingspan’s single domestic and small commercial developments; which will be delivered through its specialist homes division Potton, one of the UK’s market leaders in timber frame construction.
Potton is looking to build its market share across the south west, with Oghma providing project management on its developments in Devon and Cornwall.
Oghma MD Sean Parker, who has been providing project management services in the construction industry since 1984, said he was delighted that Potton had selected to partner with Oghma.
He said: “Kingspan is recognised as the UK’s leading supplier of buildings products and solutions and are becoming more proactive in the home building market through Potton. We are absolutely delighted that, as they look to expand this element of their business across the south west, they have chosen us to provide the project management element for their developments.”
Potton’s south wwest regional business manager Sean Adams added: “Effective project management is the key to any construction development and it is critical that as demand for our homes in Devon and Cornwall increases, we have experienced project management support on the ground to work with us.”
