Editor’s blog: Festive dance of the Business Cornwall tree fairies

‘Tis the season to be jolly. Well, that’s what they tell me anyway, although I have been led to believe that being lovably grumpy can be quite becoming, in an esoterically-attractive fashion, of course.

For me, Christmas rekindles mixed memories. As a kid I always believed in Father Christmas. Unfortunately, so did my parents.

Anyway, the Business Cornwall offices will be closed for the Christmas break from Friday December 18. We will open again, choc-full of remorse from the festive over-indulgence, but equally brimming with healthy New Year resolutions, on January 4.

During this period, can I encourage our readers to embrace the season of good will, and kick back a little. Forget about business worries for a while, and let your hair down.

To get into the festive spirit here at Business Cornwall, we all dressed up in our favourite Santa’s elves costumes and filmed a little jig, to wish you dear reader, a thoroughly happy Christmas.

So please take a little time to check our message out. If we can demean ourselves, so can you by watching it.

From us all here at Business Cornwall, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
