Cornish marine survey and inspection specialist Insight Marine Projects Ltd has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 accreditation for its Quality Management System.

Owned by Alex and Jane Richards, the company focuses on the renewable energy sector with an emphasis on tidal, wave and off-shore wind technologies.

Alex Richards said: “The ISO accreditation confirms our status as a company capable of internationally recognised standards with the ability to compete in a tough but vital energy market.

“Our clients demand an effective Quality Management System, which gives them the confidence that each project will be completed to exacting standards, on time and within budget. We are therefore rightfully proud of this award and the work that’s gone in to achieving it.”
