On 1st August 2008 Penzance based netpack was purchased by Otter House Group Ltd, and renamed Netpack Fulfilment Ltd.

Netpack is a long established fulfilment company working primarily with charities.

Charity clients include: Dogs Trust, RSPCA, Blue Cross, Cats Protection, Samaritans, Epilepsy Action, Prostate Cancer, Suzy Lamplugh Trust and Alzheimer’s Society. In all, netpack looks after 20 charities and handles stock, mailings and literature distribution for them.

In recent years netpack has been winning non-charity business and works with retailers including DodoPad, Holz Toys and upmarket fashion company Brittique.

Headed by Tim Brawn, netpack has also been featured on Dragons Den, as the preferred fulfilment company for Deborah Meaden and her YouDooDoll investment.

Otter House is a long-established trading partner of netpack’s, and publishes and distributes cards, gifts and calendars, as well as providing design and catalogue management services to the charity sector.

The ‘coming together’ of these two businesses in one group means that netpack will be able to offer a wide and integrated range of design, production, stock control, fulfilment, mailing and other services. An investment program to increase and improve the service to customers has been drawn up and is already underway.

Tim Brawn said: “I will continue as Managing Director of netpack, and the management team and structure remain unchanged. We are delighted to have joined a service-orientated group which is committed to investing in our future growth and development. Our reputation for quality and in-depth knowledge is now backed up by being part of a much larger group with complementary services.”
