Double win for Truro housebuilder

Separately Trinity Watch’s site manager, James Smith, has won the South West Regional award in the Small Builder Category of the NHBC’s Annual Pride in the Job competition for his outstanding site management at the development.

“It’s been very exciting for us to gain further recognition for our successful Trinity Watch site,” said Rosemullion’s managing director, Roger Carson.

“James works extremely hard to ensure that his site is exceptionally well run and well managed, and its an attitude that does him credit.”

Smith was presented with his award at NHBC’s South West regional lunch at Western-Super-Mare. He is now one of the top 35 NHBC site managers in the UK.

NHBC’s regional director, Jim Lyons, who presented Smith with the award commented: “This is a young man who has built some of the finest houses we have ever inspected.”

Trinity Watch then gained further recognition from one of the country’s foremost designers in the Building for Life awards.

Chaired by Red or Dead founder, Wayne Hemingway MBE, Building for Life believes that good quality housing can improve social wellbeing and quality of life by reducing crime, improving public health, easing transport problems and increasing property values.

In a letter sent to Roger Carson announcing the award,  Hemingway states that: “Trinity Watch is an attractive scheme with architectural strengths”.
